MC utilized two professional coach drivers accompanied by one nurse to assist patients in ground transport of 300 miles or more. MC’s success as evidenced by its longevity is a function of superior customer service, quality reputation, experienced management, cost competitiveness, and outstanding safety record.
Strong SEO positioned Website: MC utilizes two websites, each being tailored to specific keywords most often requested by family members in need of long distance transportation. As a result of its organic positioning, the Company has significantly reduced its paid Google AdWords and Microsoft Bing campaigns from approximately $10,000 per month in 2017 down to $1,500 per month over the past three years while maintaining similar results.
The websites, business history and literature generate between 120-160 qualified quotes per month. These convert into between 8-20 long distance trips per month. We define a qualified quote as someone who wants to travel long distance and has the ability to pay for a private transport (not Medicaid).

MTC developed a highly customized quoting software that facilitates the reservations team to quickly offer accurate price quotes with milestones for follow up. Accepting only private pay, our prices were $1,500 - $3,000 more than other companies but we were able to stay competitive in regards to the service we offered. Our CRM system made it possible to organize transports in a cost effective way and made it possible for us to "connect" trips that were within the same region of the country; sometimes offering discounts to clients who had expressed interest but didn't have a definitive timeline for travel.
