MEDCoach transports met the needs of our clients during long distance transports by possessing numerous amenities for the effective, comfortable and caring travel for patients using highly retrofitted motor coaches that drive non-stop from origin to destination. MC utilized two professional coach drivers accompanied by one nurse to assist patients in ground transport of 300 miles or more. MC’s success as evidenced by its longevity is a function of superior customer service, quality reputation, experienced management, cost competitiveness, and outstanding safety record.


Strong SEO positioned Website: MC utilizes two websites, each being tailored to specific keywords most often requested by family members in need of long distance transportation. As a result of its organic positioning, the Company has significantly reduced its paid Google AdWords and Microsoft Bing campaigns from approximately $10,000 per month in 2017 down to $1,500 per month over the past three years while maintaining similar results.

The websites, business history and literature generate between 120-160 qualified quotes per month. These convert into between 8-20 long distance trips per month. We define a qualified quote as someone who wants to travel long distance and has the ability to pay for a private transport (not Medicaid).

Accepting only private pay, our prices were $1,500 - $3,000 more than other companies but we were able to stay competitive in regards to the service we offered. Our CRM system made it possible to organize transports in a cost effective way and made it possible for us to "connect" trips that were within the same region of the country; sometimes offering discounts to clients who had expressed interest but didn't have a definitive timeline for travel.
