Successful construction related business operating in the Wasatch Front.
The business was established nearly ten years ago and has grown rapidly to become a dominant player in the market. Revenue has grown consistently every year since 2016 and growth is projected to continue. In addition to the growth in its specialized product segment, there is tremendous opportunity for a new owner to grow by offering complimentary products and expanding geographically throughout the Wasatch Front. The business currently does a vast majority of business in only two counties in the Wasatch Front. The majority of revenue is derived from exclusive contractor relationships that pay more than 50% upfront. There is currently more than a million dollars in backlog orders with about half of that held on deposit. Virtually no customer concentration, the largest customer comprises only 7% of 2020 revenue. The owners have not been shy about investing profits into the business and have the some of the best FF&E industry suppliers offer. A new owner would not have any capex requirements for many years.
The Company does little marketing and grows organically from word-of-mouth referrals and its market presence. The sales team can easily outsell production. COVID-19 had no impacts on business operations. Demand grew during the pandemic and there have been no supply constraints. The owners have worked tirelessly to build this business and are ready for a change of pace and lifestyle. Owners will assist a new buyer in a transition for a reasonable amount of time.
