A two year old university offers several degree programs from undergraduate to doctorate located in the state of California. This university is registred as a corporation. All state tax filings up to date. This is relatively new, so revenue is just starting to come in.

The university has overseas partners in Souteast Asia and Europe. The school is legally operating under a difficult to obatain, non-religious exemption. Letter was issued by the BPPE in California.


The institute's MBA program is made up of self-study videos. Teachers only need to grade final projects. In addition, overseas partners conduct live classes at local learning sites. Other programs currently require using online learning platforms. School was recently listed in a Top New Young Universities list.

Programs include

Two Bachelor's Degrees (including BBA)
Three Master's Degrees (including MBA)
Two Doctoral Degrees (including DBA)

All programs are business-related with exception for a degree in Master's in Psychology.

The program has been able to generate revenue by franchising the name abroad. The school gets paid when a student enrolls and wants to earn a degree with their home university and this university at the same time. The school has the ability to honor the credits through evaluation.

The school does not license anyone, and are meant for personal enrichment or prestiege of a U.S. degree abroad. All curriclua is included. School has the right and ability to add any programs it wishes from certificates to degree barring a few exceptions that require a license such as law, medicine, etc.

Pricing had been generated with programs between $3000 to $5000 total for each master's programs.

Doctoral degrees just launched. No videos are involved, but curriculum can be provided at an extra cost.

Degree via validation has generated $500 per degree. No work needed on our side as the school work is handled by the partner university. It is possible to continue to find agents in other countries to continue to grow this method of business.

Partners are projected to reach $200,000 USD in 2022 to this university.

Buyer has the right to start up traditional classroom studies, if they choose. The exemption covers this. School has the right to get accreditation and current school management can consult to get the school accredited for a separate fee.
