TXDME1S - Hospice DME Company Serving the Greater Houston, Texas Area

Our firm is pleased to introduce a Hospice DME company for sale in Houston, Texas. The company is ACHC accredited and Medicare certified. Their primary focus is per diem rental of DME equipment to major hospice agencies throughout the greater Houston area.

At present, the company is contracted with over 45 hospice agencies serving more than 700 patients. Much of their success can be attributed to the company’s team of excellent staff and technicians, as well as the remarkable quality of their equipment. Additionally, the company has developed a proprietary software that gives customers easy access to inventory tracking, ordering, dispatch, invoicing and marketing.

The business has quickly grown over the past couple of years, even in 2020 despite the pandemic. Gross revenues were nearly $400,000 in 2019 and over $630,000 in 2020. They are currently on track to reach $1 million in 2021 with an adjusted EBITDA margin over 23% or $230,000. Based on current trends, the company is projecting to reach a minimum of $1.6 million in 2022. The owners feel that further growth could be achieved through expansion of their service area.

The staff is expected to stay on under new ownership. The owners are minimally involved in the daily operations but are open to assisting during a short transitional period.

The asking price for this opportunity is $2.2 million, which includes the business opportunity, proprietary software, and full stock of inventory with an approximate replacement cost of $900,000.
