We are representing an independent insurance agency that is looking to complete a divestiture in the form of a ‘book-roll’ for their overall insurance book of business.

• 85% Homeowners : 15% Standard Auto
• VERY STRONG OPPORTUNITY FOR CROSS SELLING – strong potential to double total premium value within 1-2 years post-acquisition
• Essentially entire book of business is UNTAPPED RESOURCE FOR WARM LEADS - ready for cross selling opportunities
• Currently managing ~4,000 policies – by dividing up entire book of business among 5-6 producers expectation would be to yield at least an additional 20-30 policies per month
