(UPDATE! The owner has reduced the asking price from 7,000,000 baht to 6,500,000 baht). Constructed from teak wood in 2004, this Chinese Junk has a length of 25 metres and a beam of 7.5 metres. It contains an 8,000 litre fresh water tank and has a cruising speed of 10 knots. Equipped with a modern navigation system, the boat also contains First Aid equipment with oxygen, a library and television with DVD player. There are three double bed cabins on board and a double bed master cabin for up to 10 people. If anchored and run as a bar, the boat could accommodate up to 80 people, but has a maximum capacity of 30 when utilised for cruises, boat parties, cocktail receptions and weddings. Currently the boat is used for all these plus snorkelling and scuba diving trips, fishing trips, overnight cruises and private parties. Each cabin is air-conditioned and equipped with hot water, TV, sound system, satellite phone, toilet and shower. A boat like this would cost 11,000,000 baht to build, but the owner built it himself two years ago at a cost of 6,000,000 baht. Moveable items are worth around 300,000 baht; the rest of the assets are fixed to the boat. The owner is willing to sell his vessel, and the turnkey business that it represents, as he has to concentrate on another company. He will therefore turn his back on annual net profits of 3,560,000 baht, derived from receipts of 8,000,000 baht.
