This privately held Company provides cementing, hydraulic fracturing and acidizing services to its exploration and production company customers, primarily in North and West Texas and Oklahoma. Most of the customers are inde-pendent oil and gas producers. The Company has approximately 140 employees. The equipment operated by the 4 frack crews has a total pressure pumping capacity of approximately 138,000 HHP, allowing it to handle everything from small foam frack jobs to 120 barrel-per-minute multi-stage operations. Significant equipment was added in re-cent years, ordered prior to the implementation of new EPA regulations (management believes that these new reg-ulations will have a negative effect on pump performance).
This Company strives for excellence in every engagement and has established an enviable reputation among its cus-tomers and peers. It is well known for its exceptional quality and customer service. There are no customer concen-tration issues. The principal has established an enduring track record in the industry over the past 30 years. One cus-tomer, when articulating why they prefer to work with this Company, cited the Company’s record of success, and the fact that “everyone on the job from the Company wants to be there.”
The Company’s business model is scalable within its geographic regions, and the established platform could also be expanded by adding complementary services and additional equipment. Current capacity, given the employee base and equipment array, is over $200 million in annual revenue. The experienced, highly regarded management team is open to staying with the Company and co-investing as part of a transaction.
