Owner is seeking to divest 2 clean shell companies. One is a community / retail pharmacy licensed in 20 states with DEA class 2-5 in place. The company has completed URAC accreditation and VIPPS certification with the exception of having patient files to finalize the process. The company has also obtained a national PBM mail order agreement, which was surrendered before termination due to inactivity. There are currently no PBM contracts in place; however, they may be obtained readily through a wholesaler PSAO relationship as there is no operating history that would create any obstacles. The second company is an accredited DME provider enrolled with Medicare and 10 state Medicaid programs. The company also has agreements in place to allow service through over 500 health plans. This company also has no operating history and no liabilities. Both companies operate out of shared premises in an office park and the buyer would likely need to relocate them. The companies may be sold as a package or individually.
