I have a note with an OTC company that recently went Pink Current back in January after a short period of
"dormancy". The stock is bouncing around 40 cents for the last few weeks. My note is for 75,000,000 shares. I was contacted initially by the company to buy it back. We weren't able to reach an agreement. I sent a notice of conversion along with an opinion letter, assignment, proof of payment, the note itself, etc. The transfer agent will not issue shares due to a change of heart of the very new public CEO who is suggesting the note isn't valid. I hired a leading SEC firm who reviewed the note and supporting documents and wrote a few demand letters but it's time to stop saber rattling and file suit. I need a partner on this one to help with legal fees. The company is currently on an acquisition bender and is making claims of NASDAQ. I'm open to any and all mutually beneficial opportunities.
