1st Quarter 2022 – CannaMundo, Inc., a U.S. Holding Company announced the acquisition of 2 Cannabis companies in Peru. A pharmaceutical company, Cannabis Curators, S.A.C., focusing on genetic formulations, seeds, clones & patient data and HempTropic, S.A.C., a pharmaceutical company licensed to import, export & commercialize medicinal cannabis globally through its transitory export HUB.

U.S.-based CANNAMUNDO, INC., is releasing its offering of equity shares.
The INVESTMENT DECK represents CANNAMUNDO’s Offering.

This Investment includes the purchase of 2.4 acres (1 hectare) of cultivation property to be assigned the Cannabis Production (cultivation & lab) licensed in Irrigacion de Santa Rosa, Peru

This Investment includes access to additional lease or lease-to-own of acres of cultivation property with a Cannabis license in Irrigacion de Santa Rosa, Peru or other parts of Peru.

HempTropic, the Company CannaMundo (US Based) acquired in Peru, has begun the process for cultivation and production (extraction laboratory) licenses, with preliminary agro-plans for cannabis cultivation on farm-land just a few hours north of Lima, Peru.

This investment includes the purchase of a multi-solvent extractor (e.g. Precision), laboratory and fulfillment facility.

This investment includes construction of facilities on the 2.4 acres for germination, drying, milling, capping, fulfillment, labeling, vault, warehouse, dispatch.

CANNAMUNDO, INC., are banking the farm on low-cost outdoor plant production to supply cannabis for high-value extract products such as CBD oil, flower, edibles and vape pens, a business strategy that hints at the future of Peru's licensed cannabis industry.

HEMPTROPIC is currently developing plans for an anticipated outdoor farm in Pampas Irrigacion Santa Rosa, Lima, Peru, The following is HEMPTROPIC’s first-harvest projections to investors.

OUTDOOR HARVEST HIGHLIGHTS
2,400 kg of dried flower to be harvested on 2.4 acres of farm land.
1,000 kg per acre yield is expected, which will be planted in 4th Quarter of 2022.
$0.08 cash cost per gram is expected to harvest.
$0.10 all-in cash cost per gram to harvest, including facility capital costs (five-year amortization).
Cannabinoid content (THC and CBD per gram) of harvested flower will be strong.
Quality assurance testing will be priority, including for microbial content, pesticides and contaminants.
