Unlike other funds, we focus on Rule 144 private placement stock of the initial investors of small-cap issuers of NASDAQ and OTC. We develop and distribute financial instruments to a network of investors and we trade the position out as day traders. The sale of securities to a large number of select investors as a way of an exit strategy for our clients. We are not a broker-dealer and we do not take stock orders from the general public. We only trade our client's positions as day traders.
You can participate in the hands-on day to day operations. Or you can take a passive approach and participate as an investor. We are seeking to raise $5 million on our initial offering. Your investment IS NOT USED TO BUY STOCK. IT IS USED TO MEET COMPLIANCE CAPITAL REGULATIONS of the investment banks. 100% of the money you invest is deposited with a major USA investment bank such as JP Morgan Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), Barclays Capital,BB&T or similar. In addition, you are issued a unit in a LLC. The LLC holds the CD with the bank. We invest in Fortune 500 co ONLY such as Walmart, Amazon.com, Apple, CVS Health, UnitedHealth Group, and others.
