We work on all asset classes nationwide. Most of our current engagements are multifamily and industrial.
Our low cost equity alternative (3-5% in the equity position with NO dilution) works particularly well for development projects. We can provide up to 45% of the capital stack with a minimum check size of 10MM.
Our equity alternative is non-recourse. For debt, we have non-recourse and recourse options depending on sponsor’s pricing goals.
Hotels: This depends on the metrics of the deal. Typically we can get to 85-90% with our debt and equity alternative. If the deal is skinny, we may hit closer to 80%. We can evaluate the financials and pro-forma after any improvements and give you a more solid answer project by project.
