Our firm is a "fractional" investor relations firm.

We have over 20K+ followers on Linkedin and a database of over 300K accredited investors, and counting.

We have a three step approach:

Step 1: Register your company for an exempt offering status, with advertising capabilities, (Reg. D, 506(c))
Step 2: Draft two pitches - A) Linkedin Accredited Investors B) Call Center Script
Step 3: Set appts. with investors daily; a minimum of 2/day , giving you the opportunity to raise at least $50K/day

Because we are a marketing and advertising firm and *NOT* a B/D, all of our "fractional investor relation" service are paid on a flat fee basis and our involvement with the lead legally has to end with the hand over to the C-Suite executives running the company.

This is a subscription based service in "3 month" and "6 month" increments, with a "1 month trial" fee that can be applied to any subscription upgrade.

While there are potential whales in every interaction, we tell people this is a great way to raise $1m - $5m and to build your own personal database of potential investors you can go back to at any time, because they are familiar with you.
