Due to the firm’s rapid expansion, demand for larger storage and manufacturing space motivate the owners to move the business to a new location. A new operator will wish to relocate the business to facilitate continued growth. Product is delivered via the firm’s Mercedes-Benz Cargo Sprinter Van with a cooling system. The company’s highly marketable combined name and logo has been trademarked. Approximately $50,000 in inventory will be sold at cost at close in addition to purchase price.

While competition exists within the competitive healthy snack food market, this firm has established a brand that has been embraced by retailers and customers.
