The Devonian Dolomite formation is responsible for 85% of the worlds largest oil deposits and 13 of 17 new field discoveries in 2013.

Nevada is host to the largest producing oil well in the USA. In 1983, the Grant Canyon #1 well began producing 5,200 barrels of oil per day from a Dolomite formation at about 4,300 feet deep. It has produced in excess of 20 million barrels from a field encompassing about 200 acres.

Our prospect lies 36 miles north and encompasses 4,000 acres with 4.500 feet of Dolomite formation which has been confirmed by 2D seismic and 3D micro-magnetics and gravity.

We are seeking a partner to invest up to $6 million in return for 90% Working Interests in a 75% NRI prospect and leasehold until payout.

A complete and comprehensive geological report is available upon request.
