Very nice interior, multi large rooms for private parties or family gathering, seating for 200, very clean, 2000 sq ft kitchen with very nice equipment, new AC system, recently paved and marked asphalt parking for 80 vehicles in front, large gravel 300 x 100 area for parking across the street. The price includes the real estate where the restaurant is located plus the 100x300 ft. plot across the street for overflow parking and a 100x85 ft. plot on a nearby main thorough fare where a large sign is located directing traffic to the restaurant.
