Though the principal is looking to move toward a less active role eventually, they are willing to work hard to maximize the success of the combined entity over the next several years.
The agency has marquee clients in several industries including food, transportation & tourism, utilities and other sectors. Shying away from “project work”, the majority of the agency clients are on multi-year contracts. These clients rely on them for full-spectrum AOR work including; marketing strategy and planning, sales force activation, advertising (online, TV/Radio, display, trade), social media and online marketing.
The principal is seeking to find a partner with similar capability and scope in order to enable the combined entity to win business with larger entities and provide deeper services to current clients.
