Santa Marianita, Ecuador beach front land parcel for the total project of 26 town-homes is 6,225 M2. At this time I have purchased and own the front portion along the Malecon (boulevard) total of 1,762 M2 which is where I am building the first phase of 16 Town~homes (four blocks of four homes), and have a option on the remaining 4,463 M2. at $160 p/M2 for an total of $714,080.
I am looking for you to assist and expedite the process. Obviously you then own the land, and we would establish an agreement that would permit me to continue with the development of Phase Two which is the swimming pool and 12 more townhouses of which 6 are three stories and 6 are two stories with the garages below.
In the purchase price of each house we value the land portion at $72,000 each, total land sales is $864,000 an excellent return. Although as Phase 1 gets to its completion, the prices will increase for the units of Phase 2.
Since not all the land on the top along the main road will be used for town-houses there is room for some commercial venues, creating additional revenue.
