The Company slaughters and processes beef, pork, lamb, goat, elk, bison, rabbit, and process deer. They are the only processor in Missouri to processes rabbits under USDA inspection. Company’s retail store,Beef, Pork, Lamb and Rabbit is available in the along with over 25 varieties of Wisconsin cheeses, farm fresh organic eggs, and their own line of spices.
