One of Bangkok's major shopping mall's is seeking an investor to lease the large trade area. There are two distinct zones to be acquired here; the first has 50 glass units in a 539 square metre area, and the second has 112 Thai style shopping units in 1,100 square metres. The investor would then manage the complete area, and sub-lease to traders. The mall has spent approximately 10 million baht to decorate the precinct, and to install a large stage for multi-purpose marketing activities. There is a vast amount of foot traffic in the area, and with a Big C supermarket next door, there will be no shortage of shoppers, who will attract shopkeepers wishing to make the most of this location.
