We're shooting a cable television pilot about a cooking competition. This single episode will launch first online in the Spring. We're presenting to 12 million people (a combination of cooking interested people assembled through Facebook groups and through Bittorrent leaked release). The audience pool is at least 12 million people BUT obviously all 12 million will not review the video. I believe at least 2 million is a reasonable amount to claim. 2 million is good and that's still 1 million more people than an average basic cable tv show...and this pilot will be online for years so it and your product will be discovered over & over for years unlike a tv show that airs just once or twice.

This competition is aimed at the demographic that enjoy shows like Top Chef, Masterchef, Chopped, Iron Chef. This competition is along those lines where you have a dozen chefs battle each other. Shows like this are part of a small subgenre that actually grows each opposed to other genres of television that either shrink or stays flat. So cooking shows might sound trivial but they're actually a big deal. Even the Syfy channel has cooking shows.

We're building our production budget through product placement opportunities. The most obvious and best product for placement is a food ingredient that the chefs can be shown using. Seasonings, meat, olive oil, juice, canned vegetables, cheeses, beans, etc. Cooking equipment like pans, stove tops, knives, etc. Even the less obvious like hotels, soda, tea, restaurants, clubs, cars, etc. If you watch shows like Top Chef carefully you'll see a lot of product placement that has nothing to do with's all about attracting eyeballs.

Your product would be used by the chefs if it's a food product, if not we'll find a different way to incorporate it. If the pilot sells your product would also be seen on tv. CONTACT FOR DETAILS.
