This Irish Pub sits on one of Thailand's most idyllic islands, and is available with a very long lease that does not expire until 2025, with a further option to extend even further; monthly rent has been set at 32,000 baht and the venue measures 400 square metres, with seating for 180 customers. Only established in 2005, in a very commercial location, the pub is already earning annual net profits of around 4,000,000 baht, from receipts of approximately 12,000,000 baht, but the owner feels that there are good opportunities to increase the revenue still further. This is because the upstairs outlet has not yet been opened, and this could be used as a party venue; it is already equipped for live music performances, with a D.J. booth and full air-conditioning. There is also an outdoor area (complete with a big screen television and bar) which is ideal for barbecues, and the pub also features an area for pool players. The large kitchen is fully equipped with professional kitchen appliances, and is geared for catering to large groups. There are four televisions in total in this pub, three of which have large screens; the total value of the assets has been placed at 8,000,000 baht. A number of local and imported beers are available, and the bar serves Guinness, Kilkenny and John Smiths, amongst others. There are large staff quarters, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and there are seven employees in total working here at present.
