Located in beautiful Sturgeon Bay, WI, on the Door County Peninsula, adjacent to the Bayview Bridge, this 48-slip marina offers seasonal and transient dockage for vessels up to 60 feet. Recent updates to the marina include new piers and slips and dredging to accommodate larger boats. The marina is strategically located near the ship canal with easy access to Lake Michigan, outer Sturgeon Bay and the Green Bay waters, all famous for world-class sport fishing. Numerous charter fishermen call this marina home.

Seasonal slip holders have use of the on-site launch ramp, fish cleaning station, electricity and water hook ups, pump out carts, and can enjoy the amenities of the adjacent Lodge at Leathem Smith, including restrooms/showers, bar, restaurant, and access to the heated pool.

The DOT and DNR have approved a proposal to add up to 30 slips on the shoreline directly to the east of the marina.

In addition to the marina, there is a great development opportunity included in this offering. The Door County Economic Development Corp. has approved a proposal to construct as many as six condominium units, up to 3,500 square feet per unit, on the 1.7-acre parcel located across the street from the marina and adjacent to the north side of the Lodge at Leathem Smith. The idea for this “Harbor Village” condominium complex is to offer a slip at the marina with each condo unit.
