Nov 22, 2017 — We have been retained to market an opportunity to sell a recruitment SaaS and/or its purpose established company.
The company which developed this SaaS solution have a new strategic direction. This directly resulted in the decision to sell the Recruitment Software and divest proceeds into another software development. The recruitment software in question is built on to a market leading platform, which allows Cloud-Based access, geographic expansion, lesser innovation time, and adaptability to add-ons offered by the platform.
Despite the absence of marketing efforts, there is just shy of 1000 named users using the SaaS. Majority of their clients are recruitment companies operating in Asia Pacific Region, with a number of other verticals including health and medical industries. Feedback received from their current clients and their users are highly positive with excellent customer retention numbers.
