1.) Construction: provides roofing, siding, and gutter installation for national and regional home builders

2.) Retail & Insurance: works directly with homeowners providing routine replacement of roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, and gutters as well as comprehensive roofing and siding restoration services for weather-related damage

3) Service: provides emergency roof repair and maintenance

-Experienced core team has been with the business for an average of 6 years

-COVID Impact: despite lockdowns and reluctance among homeowners to have contractors in their homes, the Company maintained its full workforce and increased EBITDA margin compared to 2019

-Roofing has developed a robust lead generation and referral system to actively build and maintain the Company’s pipeline

-Approximately 80% of annual revenue is generated through internet marketing along with repeat and referred customers

-Roofing generated $10.3 million and $1.0 million of FY2020 revenue and adjusted EBITDA, respectively

-Roofing is forecasting FY2021 revenue and adjusted EBITDA to be in line with 2020 results

-Roofing is seeking a financial or strategic buyer for an acquisition as the owners are approaching retirement

-Owners would remain for 1 to 2-years to support a transition
