This building products distributor focuses on specialized products sold to the residential market for both new construction and upgrade/re-construction. There are about 2 dozen customers that make up 85% of their business with the largest customer being about 10% of their business. They are considered a tier 2 supplier.

The business could be grown by either adding new products to their current customers or expanding their geography. The owner started the business about 40 years ago and is ready to retire. He is receptive to all fair and reasonable offers. There is a preference to sell the real estate with the business but leasing may be possible.

This is basically a debt free business as the owner has always taken a conservative approach to business.
