Our client is a small, 2-year, private, for-profit, postsecondary Title IV healthcare technical college located in a large metropolitan market in the Midwest. Founded over 50 years ago, the school specializes in allied healthcare tech programs.

In 2020, the school had a total enrollment of 125 students who attended its eleven (11) healthcare diploma programs, including six (6) longer, “high-value” programs like Cardiology Tech and Vascular Tech. Revenues in 2020 are projected to be just over $1.8 million. Adjusted EBITDA in 2020 is projected to be just over $164,000.

The college has impressive educational outcomes, with strong retention rates, high graduation rates, and high placement rates. Graduate and employer surveys consistently give the school high marks.
