I have a very clean, publicly-traded shell vehicle for sale. The entity is a Nevada registered corporation with a trading symbol, +40 existing shareholders, free trading shares held by existing shareholders at Cede Co, DTC eligible, trades on a regular basis & in good standing.

The shell vehicle is ready to merge with an operating company with assets and I can assist with preparation, documentation and other procedures as necessary.

The shell vehicle is fully compliant with the new SEC 211 rules which state all publicly-traded companies must report current financial statements. I can maintain a role with the shell vehicle upon sale to assist with ongoing financial reporting, disclosure & regulatory requirements if necessary. I have everything you will need to help make your merger or business combination processed smoothly. This will be a cash transaction and I do not entertain equity holdbacks at this time.
