Boise, Idaho is in desperate need for additional housing as several people from states like California are relocating to Boise, Idaho.
Having homes for under $500K near downtown Boise, Idaho is very attractive and price advantageous market to be in.

When?
These townhomes will be ready for sale in the 2024 summer hot market. The zoing is already complete and the drawings done and we are ready to go after we secure the finance.

Projects:
1 &2: Build 12 Town-homes and sell each at $450,000
Capital Require $650,000.00

3 - Build 6 Town-homes and sell each at $450,000
Capital Requirements: $450,000.00

Our Lawyer will create Letter of Intent, purchase and Sale agreements and the newly formed LLC whereas your name or entity will be a 50% equity owner.

Investors such as your self are on deed to land
You will receive a 8% preferred rate of return 1st on your investment out of sales proceeds
You will also be paid back 1st out of sale proceeds.
After all your initial investment is returned then the investor and developer shall split the remaining sales proceeds 50/50%.
